Fiesta Grande began as a dream come true for founders Rosalio and Leticia Mora in 2004.
Where it started
A dream built on many days and many nights
Far from home, Rosalio and Leticia dedicated many days and many nights to open what is now a well-known Mexican restaurant here in Spokane Valley.
They curated an authentic menu with dishes now savored by many, and paired it with exceptional service — and that combination is what drew in so many of their customers turned friends.
With an environment that feels like home and employees who have become like family, Rosalio and Leticia have achieved what many could only hope for. Fiesta Grande is regularly filled with smiles and laughter.
